1. Data Collection

We collect essential information to provide our services, including Personal Identification Information (Name, Email), Billing Data, and Usage Metrics. Collection is limited strictly to operational requirements and security integrity.

2. Data Stewardship

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Information is disclosed to trusted providers (cloud hosting, processors) only under strict confidentiality and legal oversight.

3. Retention & Deletion

Identifiable data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account termination, except where financial regulations require extended record-keeping for tax or audit purposes.

1. Acceptable Use

AIVRA services must not be used for unlawful distribution of malware, spam, or intellectual property infringement. Any activity impacting platform stability is subject to immediate review.

2. Resource Ethics

Clients are expected to adhere to fair usage limits defined by their service tier. Excessive load that degrades service for other users may result in mandatory system optimization.

1. Work Commencement Policy

Refunds are not permitted once the AIVRA development group has commenced architecture work or 24 hours after payment processing, whichever occurs first.

2. Intellectual Property

AIVRA retains rights to the platform engine and underlying tech. You retain ownership of your unique data and specific business logic inputs provided to the system.

Open to active AIVRA clients with non-trial subscriptions. Rewards are credited upon the referred client completing 90 days of paid service without default.
